Lawton, Texas Roadhouse team up to support UW

LAWTON —The city of Lawton is teaming up with Texas Roadhouse for a to-go slider fundraiser to benefit United Way of Southwest Oklahoma.

The event will run from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Friday in the lobby of City Hall, 212 SW Ninth St. in Lawton. For $5 apiece, people will get two sliders, a bag of chips and a bottle of water

All proceeds will go to the United Way, which funds various nonprofit organizations in the Lawton/Fort Sill community. Learn more at uwswok.org.
