OKLAHOMA CITY – The Libertarian Party will be in the lead position on General Election ballots Nov. 8, followed by the Republican Party and then the Democratic Party. Independent candidates will follow them.
A public drawing was held July 31 to determine the ballot order of the political parties for the 2022 General Election.
The drawing was conducted by Paul Ziriax, Secretary of the State Election Board, at the State Capitol in Oklahoma City. Representatives of the Democratic, Republican, and Libertarian parties were invited to attend the public drawing.
