ONE Gas increases credit deal with lenders totaling $1.275B

From staff reports ONE Gas just upped its credit agreement from $1.2 billion to $1.275 billion.

In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company confirmed its lender joinder and commitment increase agreement. Bank of America N.A. was the administrative agent, swing line lender and letter of credit issuer. Other lenders were involved too, per the SEC filing.

“The Increase Agreement (i) increases the aggregate commitments available under the Credit Agreement from $1,200,000,000 to $1,275,000,000 and (ii) joins Regions Bank as a lender under the Credit Agreement,” stated the filing.

Headquartered in Tulsa, ONE Gas provides energy to more than 2.3 million customers in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Its divisions include Kansas Gas Service, the largest natural gas distributor in Kansas; Oklahoma Natural Gas, the largest in Oklahoma; and Texas Gas Service, the third largest in Texas, in terms of customers, the utility’s website states.
