Elgin to revise proposed ATV ordinance

ELGIN – Elgin officials will rework an ordinance barring ATV owners from driving their vehicles on city-owned property and submit it to the Elgin City Council for consideration.The council discussed the proposed ordinance March 11 but did not vote on whether to adopt it.

Lawton gets $21 million loan to replace more water mains

OKLAHOMA CITY --The Lawton Water Authority received a $21 million loan last month from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) to continue massive improvements to the municipal water infrastructure.
