DOVER, Del. (AP) - Chesapeake Utilities Corp. (CPK) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $22.6 million.
On a per-share basis, the Dover, Delaware-based company said it had profit of $1.37. Earnings, adjusted to account for discontinued operations, came to $1.04 per share.
The energy and utility company posted revenue of $132 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $65.2 million, or $3.96 per share. Revenue was reported as $479.6 million.
Chesapeake Utilities shares have decreased 1% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $94.75, a climb of 4.5% in the last 12 months.
