Travis appointed to WOSC Board of Regents

D’Lese Travis (center) stands in the State Capitol alongside WOSC President Chad Wiginton and Sen. Brent Howard (R-Altus). Travis, executive director of General Tommy Franks Leadership Institute and Museum in Hobart, has been appointed to the Board of Regents for Western Oklahoma State College in Altus.
