Pae Interim Study Requests Receive Approval

OKLAHOMA CITY – Two legislative interim study requests by State Rep. Daniel Pae (R-Lawton) covering renewable energy and criminal justice reform were approved.

Pae, a first-term lawmakerwho represents a portion of Lawton, said he hopes to explore what policies may be implemented to increase solar energy production by comparing methods used by Oklahoma’s successful wind energy industry.

His second approved interim study will review various approaches to criminal justice reform and their impact on children and families. He said the interim study request was a collaboration with the Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy.
