Lawton City Council Special Election Set for Sept. 10

LAWTON - Lawtonians living in Ward 5 were surprised last week by a statement released by Lawton City Councilman Dwight Tanner.  Tanner, who has served Ward 5 since July 2013, has decided to not seek reelection for the seat during the Sept. 10 Special Election.
