Hurchel E. “Trey” Caldwell is a fifth-generation resident of southwest Oklahoma who also serves as state representative for District 63. Caldwell is an Oklahoma Farm Bureau insurance agent and financial adviser for Farm Bureau Financial Services.

Proactive Legislative Group Meets, Talks Medicaid Expansion

OKLAHOMA CITY – A legislative ‘working group’ charged with developing a way to expand Medicaid coverage in Oklahoma met for the first time Aug. 14, gathering information from the Oklahoma State Department of Health and the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.
