Former casino executive sentenced for tax evasion

OKLAHOMA CITY – The former chief executive officer of Lucky Star Casinos in Oklahoma was sentenced Tuesday to a year and a day in federal prison for tax evasion. Brian Lee Foster, 51, of Norman, pleaded guilty in October 2019 to willfully failing to file federal tax returns for 2012 and 2013.
