Lt. Gov. Pinnell adds Kirby Smith to staff

OKLAHOMA CITY - Lieutenant Governor Matt Pinnell recently announced the addition of Kirby Smith to his staff. In this new role Ms. Smith will travel the state implementing the Lt. Governor’s mission of supporting economic development, advocating for small businesses, and promoting tourism.
