From staff reports The USDA on Sept. 30 released two grain reports: the quarterly Grain Stocks report and the annual Small Grains Summary.National winter wheat production for 2024 totaled 1.35 billion bushels, down 1% from last month but up 9% from 2023, the reports reflect. Yield averaged 51.

LAWTON – The City Council voted recently to pay C.H. Guernsey & Co. $400,686 to develop construction plans for preventing water leaks and fixing myriad other problems at the Museum of the Great Plains.“We’ve been out there a few times, looking at several issues,” J.D.
