CVS relents on 90-day prescriptions

OKLAHOMA CITY — The Oklahoma Insurance Department has received an assurance from CVS/Caremark that “they have a plan in place to allow 90-day and mail-order options” for prescriptions, Insurance Commissioner Glen Mulready announced.

Virginian sentenced for turtle trafficking

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — A Virginia man who pleaded guilty in federal court to trafficking turtles in violation of a federal law was sentenced July 26 to six months’ incarceration. Stanlee Fazi, 41, pleaded guilty in federal court in Alexandria earlier this year to disregarding the Lacey Act.

LONE WOLF — Neil Vitale never played with G.I. Joe action figures as a boy, but a hobby turned passion 11 years ago has him operating one of the few repair shops in the U.S. He also has the only known G.I. Joe Museum in the country in two converted buildings along Lone Wolf’s Main Street.
