Appeals court affirms verdict in Caddo Co. pollution case

OKLAHOMA CITY – An appellate court has upheld the $450,000 verdict a jury awarded in favor of a rural Caddo County couple whose property was polluted by leaks from an oil/gas operator’s pipelines. Cemoil Inc.
