House prices increase in Okla., U.S.

WASHINGTON – Statewide, house prices in Oklahoma rose 10.8% between the first quarters of 2020 and 2021, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency House Price Index (FHFA HPI). Nationwide, house prices rose 12.6% during that same period, the FHFA reported.
