Hitt says Chickasha development envisioned as ‘community project’

Bordwine sued over fire last August; plaintiff’s agent is a convicted felon

CHICKASHA — Local businessman Brannan Bordwine and three of his companies have been sued for negligence and breach of contract because of a fire last August that consumed a large volume of flammable hand sanitizer “improperly stored” on property leased from Blessed Chickasha Collective.

California dreamer expands plans for Chickasha project

CHICKASHA — A California dreamer who envisions a multimillion-dollar redevelopment project in downtown Chickasha has widened his goal.

Bordwine, his companies owe almost $110K in property taxes

CHICKASHA – The owner of multiple properties in Chickasha who owns or leases three sites where large quantities of hand sanitizer and hand lotion were destroyed in fires last year owes more than $100,000 in overdue property taxes, online records of the Grady County Treasurer’s Office show.

CHICKASHA — The California businessman who envisions a multimillion-dollar development in downtown Chickasha said his plans are “coming along great.” “We are working on the plans, designing things,” Chet Hitt told Southwest Ledger on March 11. “We are moving forward on the development.
