LAWTON – The long-term goal of creating a “Virtual City Hall” has taken the next step with the implementation of an online utility services platform. The online utility service will go live before March 1.

LAWTON - Carl Gray brings more than 10 years of experience in the Public Utilities field to the City of Lawton and was most recently employed by the Oklahoma Rural Water Association. He was also formerly a superintendent at the Southeast Water Treatment Plant in Lawton.
