Lawton City Council votes to replace old water, sewer lines

LAWTON – Contracts have been approved to replace several deteriorated water and sewer lines. • The City Council awarded a $14,177,260 contract to Timco Blasting and Coatings of Bristow to replace approximately 37,000 linear feet (seven miles) of “high-maintenance” waterlines in Lawton.

LAWTON – With warmer weather approaching, City Hall issued updates on plans for aquatics and parks improvements. The City Council hired C.H. Guernsey and Co. last November to design a new Aquatics Center to be funded through Propel FY24.
