From staff reports Heavy rain continued across the state between April 28 and May 4, with many areas experiencing flooding in low-lying croplands, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Agricultural Statistics Service.Rainfall totals in Oklahoma averaged 2.83 inches.
